CWI 15 BB – Monoblock
The CWI 15 BB monoblock allows opening the carton, to position the product inside it and to close the upper and lower edges through adhesive tape or glue.
The compactness of this complete machine means that, taking up little space, it is possible to obtain a finished product.
The characteristic of this machine is the positive opening of the carton and the simple adjustment to get the format change.
Thanks to a single operator panel, the monoblock allows you to control all the phases of the machine from a single location, combining ease of use with an innovative dyagnostic system.
Positive carton opening
Carton forming cartons closed by suction due to a suction cup arm that guarantees a reliable and fast opening.
Alarm end of the carton
The carton magazine is equipped with an alarm device that indicates the absence of cartons so as not to interrupt the work cycle and have a continuous production.
Closure of lower flaps
The sealant applicator on both sides allows a durable and lasting closure.
Change of format
The format change operation is very quick and easy thanks to adjustments with handwheels and cranks in easily accessible positions and without the use of tools.
